Basic Requirements for Broker Licensing Check List: [ ] I am at least 18 years of age [ ] I have a High School education or its equivalency [ ] I have been working as a licensed Sales Associate averaging at least 20 hours per week for a 2 year period * [ ] I have read KREC Form #408, "Criminal Background Check Instructions" and passed the criminal background check. [ ] I have completed KREC Form #603 and obtained an official review of my education file.
